My work is in service to human greatness — helping people find strength, clarity, and connection within themselves.
With a background in corporate leadership and years of study in integrative practices — including psychotherapy, kinesiology, breathwork, and energy work — I created The Forme Method as a bridge between movement and self-awareness.
Lagree sits at the heart of this approach. It strengthens the body while training the mind to stay present. Each slow, controlled movement builds endurance, focus, and inner steadiness.
I meet myself here is the quiet philosophy behind every class. A reminder that any practice — whether Lagree or elsewhere — is ultimately an internal one. The work is not about anyone else, but about you and your relationship with yourself.
