Class Types

Lagree Foundation Beginners

Refine. Strengthen. Level up.

Already exercising and ready to go deeper?

Foundation is designed for those who understand movement and want to elevate it — with more control, more precision, and more intelligent intensity.

This is where we build on the basics and begin to layer challenge.

Expect:

• Slower tempo
• Longer holds
• Increased time under tension
• Deeper muscular endurance

You’ll feel the shake more consistently. You’ll understand how to adjust resistance. You’ll begin to trust your strength.

Still small group. Still guided.
But now we start to dial up the focus.

This class bridges the gap between learning and mastery.

A steady progression.

A stronger foundation.

It’s not Pilates, It’s Lagree

Lagree Absolute Beginners

New. Returning. Rebuilding.

If you’ve never touched a Microformer, or you’re returning to exercise after time away, recovering from an injury, or group classes haven’t always felt like the right fit — this is your starting point.

• Feeling invisible in a large class
• Feeling exposed or corrected harshly in front of others
• Not understanding cues and feeling “behind”
• Being pushed past their physical limits
• Comparing their body to others
• Feeling embarrassed about needing modifications
• Feeling judged for taking breaks
• Injuring themselves trying to keep up

This class is different.

Small group. Clear guidance. A considered pace.

Your goal might be:

  • To complete a full class.

  • To build confidence for other sessions.

  • Or simply to join back in a session when you take a break or take a moment for yourself.

So what is your goal? You’ll strengthen with intention.

There may even be a giggle if the mood is right!

Lagree All Levels

Precision. Power. Presence.

Designed for those ready to elevate their experience of the Lagree Method.

All Levels is not about going faster — it’s about going deeper.

The Microformer combines high-intensity effort with low-impact control, delivering a full-body workout that strengthens, stabilises, and refines from the inside out.

In this 45 -minute class, expect:

• Slow, controlled sequences
• Extended time under tension
• Strategic transitions
• Intelligent resistance changes

Every movement can be modified or amplified, making the class accessible — yet deeply challenging.

What is possible if you meet yourself in class:

  • Build core strength.

  • Increase muscular endurance.

  • Improve stability and flexibility.

  • Develop visible tone without impact.

This is where intensity meets control.

It’s not Pilates.
It’s Lagree.
